1. Will it arrive safely, or could it break during shipping?

Every Nativity is packed carefully to protect the star and the figurines on their way to you. If your order ever arrives damaged, please don't worry. Email us at support@mangerandmantel.store within 48 hours of delivery with a few photos of the item and the box, and we will walk you through a replacement.

2. Do you offer custom orders?

Not at this time. We only offer the designs you see on our website. We are always working on new pieces for the Christmas home, so subscribe to our newsletter or visit us again soon to see what's new.

3. Returns and guarantees

If your Nativity arrives defective or damaged in transit, we will make it right. Customers who add Shipping Protection at checkout receive a priority replacement at no extra cost. Simply email support@mangerandmantel.store with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will send your replacement as quickly as we can.

4. Is it suitable for a church, classroom or office?

Yes. Its calm, reverent design and soft warm glow make it a lovely fit for a church foyer, a Sunday school room, a prayer corner or a front office at Christmas. It is designed for indoor display.
